Home confrontation is on the rise. Using a tracker and reclamation team not only protects you, your family or staff but it allows us to report thieves and get crucial location and (in some cases) forensic data for the Police to tackle the problem head-on.
Insurance premiums for a stolen vehicle increase by £628 on average for at least the first year after (According to https://easygap.co.uk in 2025). A successful reclamation of a vehicle by us costs nothing more than your normal monthly payment.
Detailed Processes and Disclaimers
What happens if a tracker detects unauthorised movement?​

Once a tracker is triggered, it will immediately send an alert to us. We will then call you to check if the trigger was accidental or legitimate. We aim to be talking to you within 5-10 seconds from a trigger.

If a theft has occured, any available team members will be dispatched immediately to locate your property. If a vehicle has been stolen, we will send somone to your address to obtain a spare key if available. We will ask you to contact the police and obtain a case reference number for the stolen property.

We DO NOT pursue thieves. We will attempt to locate property but cannot get in close proximity until it has stopped moving. From there, if any property is alone on public land or in a "cooling off" area, we will simply reclaim it if undamaged. However, if your property is on private land or secured, by law we need to contact the Police before proceeding. This may result in the Police assisting us or stopping our recovery depending on risk and liability. Asset recovery is completely free of charge.

Please keep trackers facing upwards. We are always developing more versatile solutions but the current affordable technology is restricted in scope. (Excl. custom trackers with design specifications for greater FOV)

Please DO NOT cover trackers. A GPS antenna can get a good fix through a vehicle roof but more blockages reduces signal strength. To give them the best chance to work under cover (garages, underground, containers etc) please keep them away from strong electrical interference and objects above them.

If we call to confirm an alert and you let the call ring, we will try again until you either hang up or tell us the car is safe.

If the unfortunate case of theft occurs, we will put our absolute best efforts towards reclaiming your property. But the risks, legal restrictions and infinite variables may result in loss of communication with the tracker, destruction of the tracker or inability to gain control of your property.​
